My experience at the Lexus of Santa Fe started out rough but because of the help provided by Josh Welch, and Jarvis Newman, they made it a real pleasure to work with them. I had initially went to look at a car but unfortunately that car had sold and I was extremely disappointed and upset. However, thanks to the help of Josh and Jarvis they had made sure to find me a car. Josh went the extra mile to look at all possible options and sure enough we found a nice 2011 Lexus es350. Without Josh's helps I would've left empty handed and disappointed. I really appreciate the efforts he took to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. When it came down to paperwork Jarvis explained everything very well and made sure to clarify everything and the whole process went very quickly and smoothly. He made sure I was aware of everything and went into details about any questions I had.
