I purchased a used 2020 Porsche Macan on March 9, 2023 from Lexus of Santa Fe, a Group1 Auto dealership. At the time I purchased, I asked how much factory warranty was left and I was told by the Financ from Lexus of Santa Fe, a Group1 Auto dealership. At the time I purchased, I asked how much factory warranty was left and I was told by the Finance Manager there was no warranty left. I was then sold a $6800 warranty. When I first received the warranty, it had terms that were different than agreed. I called the general sales mgr,, and he was very nice and admitted the mix up in terms was their mistake and said a new warranty would be sent. In the interim, I took the car to the Porsche dealership for general service (six weeks after the above call to Salrs manager- I still did not have the updated warranty as promised) and was told that at the time I purchased the car it had 22 months of factory warranty. I immediately called Sales Manager and told him I never received the new warranty. He seemed surprised. I then shared that I felt I was misled by Finance Mgr in to buying the warranty and I no longer wanted the warranty. The Sales Manager told me that cancelling the warranty was no problem and that he would get the ball rolling for me. This conversation was over three months ago and nothing has materialized. I’ve been told the money was sent when it wasn’t and today after about ten emails back and forth with the Sales manager, I still have no check for $6800. Better yet, the General Sales Manager told me today that he is sorry but there is nothing else he can do. Nothing else he can do? Do not buy anything from this dealership!!! More

My experience with Lexus of Santa Fe has been excellent. I bought my car from them in 2018. After 120,000 miles my car needed its scheduled maintenance- Brandon, Andre, and the entire team were amazing. The I bought my car from them in 2018. Many years ago, I took my RX into this dealership to be serviced and left knowing that their practice was dishonest and they were up selling unnecessary services. I did not have my car serviced at that tim serviced and left knowing that their practice was dishonest and they were up selling unnecessary services. I did not have my car serviced at that time. I went back to my usual dealership in Albuquerque and there I stayed. Recently, out of necessity, I decided to give them another chance and called to make a service appointment for my NX. It would be great to not have to drive to Albuquerque each time I needed service. I can absolutely say everything was completely different this time! My experience at the Service Center of Lexus of Santa Fe was extraordinary! Brandon, my service advisor, took excellent care of all my car’s needs. I left with a clean, perfectly serviced car at a fair price. Everything about the service my car was about to have was explained clearly to me before it was performed and I was given a status updates as they worked on my car. Brandon was a shining star in all of this, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I confidently give five stars for my all around experience. I’m happy to say they have a new customer. More
