But that’s ok—- no buyers regret other than the extended warranty purchase. (Not my choice but other influences superseded mine). Fact that extending loan duration and special Lexus financing allowed payment to decrease are hidden tools aiding the sale. I would return and once again fill my wife’s purse with cookies chips and sweet roles—-even if I don’t buy a car!! Thanks—-people were good!! More

He has worked with me even after I got sick and fought to still pick my RX up for me in order to get service. So I hope the owners understand what Robert means to your dealership. Nothing can replace great customer service. My experience with leasing my NX was great. Robert hooked me up with Joe who understood my health issues and went out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible. He brought the cars to the front for me to see. He was always concerned for my feelings. During my paperwork with him he saw I was starting to wear down and turned his fan on for me. This was a very authentic gesture and I appreciated it. He was great to me. Lisa in Financing was terrific. She explained everything to me and got me in and out very fast. Joe even called me to make sure I got home ok. There is a reason I have remained loyal to your dealership for 12 years now. I hope it continues fir many more years. I truly hope these people are recognized by the dealer for their great customer service and care. More
