From Saturday supposedly building a relationship with me. Sunday all he cared about was making the sale. Then the finance manager told me if CUDL did not approve the loan. A cashier check would need a 10 day clearing period. Then I’ll be able to pick up the car. They received the commission for the used car and I would not do business with them again. More

After I was mistreated by Crown Lexus of Rancho Cucamonga I went to Lexus of Riverside to get help.I called Mackenzie,an internet manager, ( who had contacted me several times before but was turned down by me because they are too far from where I live ) on 2/25 and asked him to help me in finding a 2019 NT300 so that I can return my old lease. 2016 NT200. On 2/27 I got the car I wanted and able to returned my old lease car on time. That young man helped me to drive my car home with me and also patiently answer all my questions and connected my garage door opener and cell phone to my new car.That is what I call service.I would strongly recommend Lexus of Riverside to who ever looking to buy of lease a Lexus. More

Courteous and efficient I recently came in a few days ago for maintenance. I was not expecting to pay anything since my vehicle is still under warranty, but I needed the bac I recently came in a few days ago for maintenance.
