I had been researching the exact car I wanted for some time - Model, make, color combo, accessories etc. And I was unwilling to settle for anything less no matter how long it took. After calling and/or time - Model, make, color combo, accessories etc. And I was unwilling to settle for anything less no matter how long it took. After calling and/or visiting several Lexus dealerships Peter Lobianco was the only person who was responsive. Others said, the color wasn't available. They didn't have inventory. They couldn't locate it. Excuses and no answers. After test driving the car (which I really didn't have to do because I was already familiar with the car, but ok....) he went on his computer and asked that I give him a moment. After a short while he said he had located the exact color combo inside and outside with the accessories I wanted. The car however, wasn't even on the ship yet, but he said it would be in the country within 3 weeks. SOLD!! The fact that I had to wait was no problem. I had someone who was able to give me a definitive answer and my car arrive within the 3 week period he promised. During that period, I had a couple of questions and Peter always took my calls, even when he was away from the office, having given me his cell number. Everything was perfect from start to finish. (And it didn't hurt that the place was ooooooh so lovely and comfy with snack and a nice widescreen TV --- and the ladies room smelled oh so fresh!!! A+) More

I arrived to this dealer after being tired of disappointing tricks and gimmicks from other dealers. The distance from my past residence was the only factor from picking this dealer first. To make a long story short as soon as I arrived I was greeted right away from the wonderful Ivana Bosika. She was knowledgeable, patient and honest making the process of choosing my car so easy. Ivana took her time to educate me in all the functions of the car, from the position of the seat, navigation and even headlight washers. In addition, she gave me a great deal on the price. I have visited this dealer other times after the purchase and have been treated with the same cordiality and professionalism from all the staff. I will definitely get my next car from them. For many times, I hear people saying that life in America is good, but they could not afford to buy a Lexus. I would like to change this notion by saying we are not the first generation of immigrants in America that can afford to live truly the American Dream which must include to own the quality, luxury and reliability offered by Lexus automobile Models. With that on mind, I took advantage of an affordable credit terms presented by the dealership and pre-designed personal financial plan, I am still celebrating that I have purchased during the “Memorial Day Weekend” a 2010 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Queens where besides selling the Lexus; they provide also you with a great maintenance service which is tantamount on enhancing driving joy of Lexus automobiles. I do most of the car buying in my family for other members as well, so I have lots of experience with most dealerships in NJ. Lexus of Queens was the only dealer that gave me the complete break down members as well, so I have lots of experience with most dealerships in NJ. Lexus of Queens was the only dealer that gave me the complete break down of the out-the-door price with all the fees. No hidden fees on the day of the purchase. They were honest and very friendly. Did not push to sell other things with the car. Cati was wonderful. Ask for Cati on your visit. I went from NJ to Queens, NY to get this car only because of her. All other car sales person at other dealers are a waste of time with their hidden fees and non-open pricing policy. Most would not tell the final price of the vehicle. Do NOT go anywhere. Go to Lexus of Queens and ask for Cati. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had, ever! Price was great and I could not walk away. One more thing, after I signed and the car was sold, the manager offered to repaint the bumper at no cost. Wow! After the car was sold they offered to fix the scratches in the rear bumper. Great service. More
I bought a Certified 2010 Lexus RX 350 a few weeks ago. I assumed that since the CARFAX was clean and it was a Certfied vehicle that the car would be clear of any defects. Two weeks after purchase, I realiz assumed that since the CARFAX was clean and it was a Certfied vehicle that the car would be clear of any defects. Two weeks after purchase, I realized that some parts of the RX was painted and there was a visible mismatch in color when seen during daylight. Ken Wartel the general Manager at the dealership offered to take the car back [ the registration was complete and new NJ license plates were already on the RX ] and (1) find a replacement or (2) have me pick another car from his inventory. The RX was red in color and I only wanted another red. They took my RX back and gave me a loaner RX until they could find me another red RX 350. After 2 weeks, since they could not find a suitable red RX 350 that met my expectations, they decided to cancel the sale and refund the entire amount of purchase back to me. I had the loaner RX for all of the 2 weeks. In all they did more than expected to meet my needs and keep me a happy customer. The General Manager for sales Richard Emerson was a gentleman and although it was not a pleasant situation, always dealt with me with a smile. It was not just that he was doing his job to keep a customer happy, but he did it in a very pleasant and professional way. These guys provided exceptional customer service and went out of their way to accommodate my needs/expectations. In general, you can expect great customer service at any Lexus dealership, but Ken & Richard at Queens Lexus have exceeded all my expectation. Taking a car back after a few weeks and refunding the purchase price in this day and age ...... unbelievable !!! More

ALSO ANOTHER THING I LIKED AFTER I PURCHASED THE VECHILE AND HAD QUESTIONS, PETER WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWR AS WELL AS ARMANDO MY NEEDS, NEED I SAY MORE., SO OVERALL IT WAS A MIGHTY AWESOME EXPERINCE AND I WILL DEFINTELY REFER FRIENDS AND FAMILY , AS WELL AS MY SELF AGAIN WHEN IM LOOKING TO UPGRADE.
