Being due for a new vehicle in the middle of the busiest season for myself was giving me stress and anxiety. But as soon as I got a hold of Dmitry, laid out for him exactly what I was looking for, asked for some advice, and listened to what he had to say, it was smooth sailing. In addition to the ease of the transaction, the pickup appointment was very smooth as well. I believe I was out the door within an hour including a demo of the car features, signing paperwork, having a bagel and coffee, and a little bit of small talk.
