Worst car buying experience ever. David R. the sales and finance manager was so rude and disrespectful. When he presented the finance paperwork he charged us an extra $1k on top of th David R. the sales and finance manager was so rude and disrespectful. When he presented the finance paperwork he charged us an extra $1k on top of the taxes. I asked him why is there a $1K charge multiple times. At first, he kept just showing the paper work and not answering my question. And then he finally replied “Stop barking at me” and stood up into my face and said “I’m not selling you the car then. Why are you acting like a tough guy?” As if this wasn’t rude enough. He changed the paper, left, and when he returned with the correct charges said I don’t need to read it anyway because I won’t understand what it says. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wanted to leave at this point but my family waited 2-3 months for this car to come in for them. When the paperwork was finally agreed upon with the general manager after David stormed off, David requested I not be allowed to come in for the signing of the paperwork that my family was finalizing because I was the one translating everything. He then asked where they are from and said oh so you’re immigrants. This harassment and discrimination shouldn’t be allowed in a business. I would never suggest anyone go to this location. There’s a difference between making a good deal for yourself and being completely rude. More
