Horrible experience with the Finance Department Review is based on our experience dealing with Doug Cotton in the finance department. Just because of this , I will be sure to never do business with a Hendrick Dealership , and will make sure to tell all my friends and family to do just the same. Hashim took over and basically told us the same thing Doug cotton was trying to tell us, but in a normal and informative way, NOT in a rude, yelling, calling us "wish washy" whatever the xxxx that is? I am beyond pissed. We are loyal to the Lexus brand. Have owned almost the entire model line throughout the years. I will be writing Lexus Corporate, Hendrick Auto Group Corporate. I may even retain an attorney as I felt discriminated for being a minority. I don't think Doug Cotton would treat other people like he treated us. More

No compassion I went in to have my car checked. Nick was my advisor. I felt a negative vibe from him the moment I shook his hand. He was not pleasant and welcoming I went in to have my car checked. Nick was my advisor. I felt a negative vibe from him the moment I shook his hand. He was not pleasant and welcoming at all. He gave me information regarding my car. I was ok with the unfortunate information knowing it will be taken care of at some point. He seem to be pleased giving bad news. As I was sadden he had no compassion. He continued to go on and on about how bad my situation was. When I arrived home I read over the notes from the technician. The information was not the same as what nick explained, I felt as if he wanted to see me stressed and sadden. I love Lexus but this was the worst experience I ever had. I also watched him deliver unfortunate news to a customer, which I feel should of been done in private. He totally embarrassed me in front of all the staff and customers. By saying oh I have real bad news for you , you are going to hate this. Of course I was afraid and brought anxiety and worry. I'm sadden that I spent so much money on my car to find out of issues, that are very common and should be a recall for this car. I really enjoyed my tech#278 not sure his name. But Nick was by far the worst person I have ever met. He in the wrong position and does not represent Lexus and what they stand for. More
