Excellent service I called requesting a same day appointment - I hadn't been there in several years. They got me in right away, did a thorough inspection, had a wonder I called requesting a same day appointment - I hadn't been there in several years. They got me in right away, did a thorough inspection, had a wonderful room where I could wait. My service advisor Michael Sullivan was outstanding. The only improvement would be to keep me updated on the time - they originally told me it would be ~ 2 hours and it ended up being closer to 3. It was no big deal, but they probably should have kept me posted. But net, they will now be the dealer to service my Lexus. And I will always ask for Michael! More

Maria was very accommodating in handling repairing my flat tire, which was thankfully covered under Pleasanton Lexus’ replacement warranty that is included in tire purchases. Awesome sauce! Hi, i just got my new ༺Lexuร༻ here in Pleasanton. As some of us ,i feels the anxiety when we get into a car dealer especially the "luxury car" dealer Hi, i just got my new ༺Lexuร༻ here in Pleasanton. As some of us ,i feels the anxiety when we get into a car dealer especially the "luxury car" dealer (unless money is not a problem). Went in there nobody greeted us at the front at first, until Mr Joseph Minster saw us and approached us and immediately my stress level is heightened, mind you because i went to many other car dealer before and i tell ye, some of those representative is not at all nice, but Joseph is exceptional. After he talked to us about lexus brand, i feel much comfortable, he is a cool guy, no rushing, patient enough with us ,the guy do it in the most proffesional way while making it easy for us to make choice and also incredibly knowledgeful of the brand (which is we found out later why 😁), my whole buying process was so smooth it makes me wish if other places can be like this too..well someday maybe (just don't hold your breath). Go to lexus pleasanton, Joseph Minster is your guy, he put pleasant on Pleasanton lexus dealer for car shopping 😁. Whether trade in , buy new\ used or even lease ...its "Awesome sauce!" More
