Joseph was knowledgeable about the vehicle and provided a detailed overview of its features, condition, and maintenance history. He was patient in answering my questions and didn’t apply any high-pressure sales tactics, which I appreciated. It made the experience more comfortable and allowed me to take my time deciding. Michael, the Sales Manager, worked with me to ensure I got a fair deal. He was transparent about the pricing and flexible in negotiating terms that worked within my budget. His straightforward approach built trust and helped make the transaction smooth and hassle-free. The car itself was in excellent condition for its age.
