The Bad: Lexus had difficulty resolving an issue with my brakes, which would slowly depress to the floor, causing the car to creep forward when stopped. It took three visits before the problem was finally a brakes, which would slowly depress to the floor, causing the car to creep forward when stopped. It took three visits before the problem was finally addressed. On the second visit, I had to escalate the matter to the lead mechanic and Service Manager, as the team initially believed the issue had already been resolved. Additionally, they failed to reinstall the plastic retaining clips that secure the engine bay covers—an example of careless workmanship. The Good: Despite the frustration, Lexus recognized this was a major safety issue provided a loaner vehicle each time, and most importantly, they ultimately resolved the brake issue. More
