When I asked for details on additional fees I was being charged, FRANK MARSALA let me know (in a very terse and humiliating tone) that he could charge me any additional fees he wanted to because he had 1200 other buyers that would buy the vehicle I had placed a special order for. Then came the bad part...FRANK MARSALA actually hung up the phone on me. The only reason I didn't walk away from this purchase is that I would not have had the opportunity to write this review. More
