I feel I was pushed into the purchase and left to feel if I did not purchase from Lexus I would not get approved elsewhere as the agent had already ran my credit multiple times. I also feel I was given the options that paid him out the most commission and not what was in the best interest for me as the customer. I have had multiple calls into your location for help regarding the car and the way the loan was put together and have been met with hurdles each step. I went to service the car and was told that my promised “full coverage” did not cover everything. My car now has leaks and the brakes sound like they are going out. I would never recommend anyone to visit this location and feel I was sold a lemon at a a high price. More
