We recently purchased a SUV from Lexus of Pembroke Pines, and I can absolutely say it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Kazi and his fellow team members went above and beyond t and I can absolutely say it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Kazi and his fellow team members went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and secure throughout the process. He genuinely cared about helping us to get the best deal possible, and his dedication was evident every step of the way. At one point we were thinking that Kazi was the one buying this vehicle because his enthusiasm was so infectious. We had a 7 hour drive back home and he called while we were on the road to make sure that we were doing OK and if we were satisfied with our purchase. The Lexus team walked us through the entire process with the utmost of professionalism, making what can often be a long and stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable.
