TERRIBLE AND SCARY! When I went in to purchase my brand new Lexus, Alix was nothing but nice. Of course, he works off of commission. Why wouldn't he be? Then, a couple When I went in to purchase my brand new Lexus, Alix was nothing but nice. Of course, he works off of commission. Why wouldn't he be? Then, a couple of days later I came back to get my windows tinted. Alix told me it would be an hour and a half or AT MOST two hours. So, I made appointments accordingly. When I got to Lexus they didn't even know my appointment was for 12pm. To make a long story short, they told me it would take about 3 hours. This, in turn, would make me miss my appointment which I had to pay money for missing. Alix called my phone screaming at me, used the four letter word and told me that it wasn't his problem. All I explained to him was that if he would have told me it was going to take TEN hours I could have made the proper arrangements. When I finally went to pick up the car, my father came with me and explained to him that there was NO reason to speak to a female in that tone or manner. Alix got very defensive denying the whole thing and literally got in my dads face! He told my dad that they could "take it outside." My father is a respected police officer for 33 years. In the middle of the showroom employees had to physically hold Alix back. He was the nicest man until he made his commission. I wish that there was another Lexus close to me. I never want to go there again because of this man. HORRIBLE and VERY unprofessional once you purchase your car. BEWARE! More

Great deal! I came in originally to buy a new Lexus LS 460. I was a little on the fence about the price I was't too excited on dropping 76k for the car even tho I I came in originally to buy a new Lexus LS 460. I was a little on the fence about the price I was't too excited on dropping 76k for the car even tho I really want it. But Barry told me not to worry and he took me to the Pre-owned Lexus area which was just great!! There was plenty of LS 460 cars for me to look at. I want to advice new customers that are looking for lexus not to trust this dealership grandson was rob and lie, it was only one person that really re I want to advice new customers that are looking for lexus not to trust this dealership grandson was rob and lie, it was only one person that really represent the word business name Frank Marsala , i got a bad experience that i will never repeat in my life my grandson went to get my a new lexus, hoping to leave the bmw family for something more elegant , at the beginning we had a trade with nice rims i toll my grandson to choose any nice car for him ,but to let them know that the rims was not part of the deal that we had the original wheels for the car so that we need the other after market rims back, i want to give my grandson a nice gift he is a hard working man with his idea that lexus will not lie to him he put trust and took the name lexus as well know the best customer service . to do business ,i was just getting out of a surgery im 74 years old at that time i was still in pain killers and all kinds of medicine ,he toll me that a finiance manager will do the papers to be send to my house and that the sale person will explain everything name Dennis it was my first time that a sales person came to my house to sign the papers not having any finance manager experience he give me papers to sing i sing the papers base on what my grandson toll me 450 dollars a month , so i sing after that my grandson came and ask me how you like your new car and where is the papers that was for the vehicle , the sales person never give me a copy of the papework , the next morning he went to pick up the copy of the papers and Armani finance manager toll him good news your payment went down from 700 to 600 and where the 450 payment was left they toll him that beacuse of the trade the payment went low from purchasing i went to a lease without knowing anything , they refuse to give any paper to my grandson they said papers will be send by email , then after hours pass the same sales person came to my house and make me sign other papers at this point i ask him where the copy of my papers he gave me only one copy that was not with any mubers just something for the payments at this point i was trying to get my sunglasses that i paid $600 dollars and my rims that i paid $1600 they toll my son they will give him 500 dollars beacuse the insurance was 1000 dollars but he couldnt get any paper work , i call several times to speak to the general manager and he never response my calls and nothing after almost two weeks my grandson tried to get the rims back but they toll me the car was sold i was very angry beacuse that was not the original deal , i ask to have something in writing because my trade had my sunglasses and my rims, the sales person tried to assist my grandson but being so hard to reach someone in this dealership he took the time to go every day for two weeks to get at least the money for the rims i never sing a lemon law or being toll of all the service that lexus offered i decide to call lexus put many reviews and when finally one manager talk to my grandson and he explain everything his reponse was we dont care about your reviews we are a big company one bad review will not affect us ,well i will write every single day of my my history because now this car is giving a lot of problems the electric equipment is 2014 model can you imagine where this company is going and to make it worst the transmition dont work well and the screen is not showing the right information in overall the give me 500 dollars after 2 months Frank was very dissapointed of the service they gave my family( he is the only person that has a heart and very professional)is not up to him but my time , my grandson time was lost im going to find the way to get a lawyer to help me in this situation is almost 7 months i still not well but every day i have to wake up with a dream that became a night mare ,if buying a car was this difficult i will never went to lexus of pembroke pines i wish someone will contact me for help please share this review with your family and friends everyone needs to make a leaving but dont lie and take advantage of good hard working people especially an older women if i had buy many cars in my life and my papers never got send it was something with this dealership They are thief's Andre Armani and Dennis sales person lie to me and my family make sure what ever they promise you , you always haven't in writing im 74 years old is being more than 7 months and nobody from lexus corporation has reach out to me , i will not rest until everyone nows that they stole and lie to my family in everything they promise, is very sad to see how this dealership is run by liers and more than that they always get away with everything every single call that i made was always not answered.
