Bumped and bullied After 6 months of negotiating with Irv Smith of Lexus Pembroke Pines for my 18 year old daughters new Lexus IS, I was deceived by Irv and bumped at th After 6 months of negotiating with Irv Smith of Lexus Pembroke Pines for my 18 year old daughters new Lexus IS, I was deceived by Irv and bumped at the signing. All of a sudden the terms changed and he tried to force me to sign a 45 month lease. Irv got very aggressive and I feared physical violence. In an effort to avoid confrontation, I had to threaten to call the police to get my keys back. My daughter was devastated to not get her car, and as a 50 year old man have considered filing a police report and restraining order against Irv Smith. As a multiple time customer of Lexus, I still can't believe how bad an experience this was. Respectfully submitted, More

For Excellent Care and Spectacular service then M Alter My experience was nefarious before due to the extreme difficulties with MY GX . I was reluctant to renew my lease . My dear wife tried other cars but wanted a new GX 460 . Send an email to five people in Lexus including Mr Vladimir. The only person to respond was Ms Alter. I told her what my wife wanted . Immediately work on it and I think got me the best deal possible , very rapidly , honestetly and with infinitely professionalism and extreme efficiency . WOW What an amazing sales person , what person skills and manner. I will recommend MS Alter without reservations to anyone that wants THE BEST!!!!!!!!. More

Poor Customer Service Our pleasant salesman Alix sold us the car we wanted at what seemed to be a fair price. The car was PROMISED for January 2. The car finally arrived late on January 5 and we got the vehicle Jan 6. Our salesman was OFF and no one else would help us w the delivery. We were left waiting for over an hour for help, but help never materialized. I don't need hand holding, but I have no idea how to use the technology. It was our worst car delivery experience ever . No one cared. No one helped. No one respected our time. They did reimburse us for our rental car. But the lack of customer service is unacceptable. Someone should have properly delivered the car since our salesman was off. More
