Lied to The sales associates were very helpful they did the best they could. However they don't have control of what the finance dept does and the finance de The sales associates were very helpful they did the best they could. However they don't have control of what the finance dept does and the finance dept got more money out of me when they told me that I could not transfer my tag over to the new car. That I had to purchase a new tag. Meanwhile the whole time I was told by the dealer that YES I could transfer my tag that was not a problem. (We all try to save money as much as we can why). Now when I finally decided to get the car, at the very last minute, the finance dept told me that the State of Florida requires that you retire your tag if it is 7 to 10 years old. When I heard this it was at the last minute when papers where to be signed and were in front of me. I trusted the finance dept so I signed my papers. However, I called DMV afterwards and I was told my DMV that my tag registration had no problem and that no the State of Florida does not require that you retire your tag because of the age of the tag and that I would have just done a transfer and that there was no need to get a new tag. So the finance dept lied and got more money out of me. Will not trust them for any future business nor recommend them. More

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT MY EX LEXUS OF PEMBROKE PINES HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO SELLING YOU A CAR!! MY GOD!! I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE GETTING MY NEW CAR. THE NIGHTMARE REALLY STARTS WHEN IT COMES TO GET YOUR CAR SERVICED....WHERE TO START?. 1. CALL TO MAKE AN APPT: EVERY TIME I CALL, TO MAKE AN APPT TO GET MY CAR SERVICED I GET BOUNCED AROUND 3-4 TIMES AND I'M ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 10-15 MINUTES. NOT TO MENTION THAT THE RECEPTIONIST SOUNDS SUPER ANNOYED AND LIKE SHE JUST WANTS TO GET RID OF YOU. 2. YOU ONLY GET A LOANER IF YOUR CAR NEEDS A FULL SERVICE, IF YOU NEED ONLY OIL CHANGES, NO LOANER IS PROVIDED. THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 1 HOUR WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE OR TAKE A SHUTTLE. THE FIRST TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE THEY KEPT IT FOR 3 DAYS!!!! IT WAS ONLY REGULAR SERVICE, ON THE 4TH DAY I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING WITH MY CAR BECAUSE NOBODY HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL ME AND TELL ME MY CAR WAS READY. I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS!!!! WHEN THEY HAD TOLD ME IT WAS READY!!! MY CAR WAS LOST!! THEY COULD NOT FIND IT AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DID, SURPRISE!!! THEY DID NOT WASH IT AS THEY PROMISED. 3. THE 2ND TIME AROUND THEY MADE ME WAIT 1 HOUR FOR AND OIL CHANGE, THAT HOUR TURNED INTO 2 1/2 ALMOST 3 HOURS !! AGAIN, NO CAR WASH. 4. IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR, YOU NEED TO BRING IT IN FOR DIAGNOSIS FIRST, AGAIN NO LOANER FOR THAT, YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND ONCE THEY DETERMINE THAT, YOU HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR A DIFFERENT DAY AND TIME SO THEY CAN GIVE YOU A LOANER!!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!! I LIKE MY LEXUS A LOT BUT I PROMISE YOU THAT AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS OVER I'M NEVER GETTING A LEXUS AGAIN JUST BECAUSE THE INCREDIBLY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! More
