When I pulled into the service lane, no one was there to great me. Normally at CS someone comes out pretty quick. I could see several valet guys standing by lane 1, but no one saw me in lane 3. So I moved my car. Then I waited for 30 min for service advisor. finally went back to valet and they had to hunt down my advisor. Come to find out they placed my ticket on a stack of papers on the advisors desk so I was basically lost in a pile. More

Disappointed I have a 2017 GS 200t. I brought my car in for service. You are supposed to receive a complimentary car wash with your service. It had water marks all I have a 2017 GS 200t. When I brought to the attention of one of the service department employees, he informed me even if they washed it again, it would come back the same way... I love my car and the way it looks, that’s why I bought it. Lexus of Pembroke Pines where I bought it, should feel the same way too. What a disappointment!!! More
