Horrible Experience at Lexus Pembroke Pines I came Sunday 6-9-19 to get my next Lexus, took me almost 6 hours then a deal of my dream car was done. Signed all the paperwork, gave the down paymen I came Sunday 6-9-19 to get my next Lexus, took me almost 6 hours then a deal of my dream car was done. Signed all the paperwork, gave the down payment, they told me the car was not in the Pembroke Pine dealer but that today 6-10-19 I will have my car. Yeah... I left so happy.... until today I get a call that the car I purchase was not available that was sold. Of course, got angry, waited to be out of work, got to the dealer demanding to speak with the sales manager. I was seen by a Manager call Luis Llorens, who did not care about my complaint; he came back with another deal of course a more expensive car. When I said not be able to pay for that monthly payment, he walked away, and did not see him again. After that I waited 30 more minutes, demanding my money, and it took time to get it. Horrible service.... this will be my 3 car with Lexus, but today I left with nothing cause the car sold to me it never existed. I was told by Mr. Llorens why do I return to them if there are other Lexus...... I think my business is not worth for him or Pembroke pines Lexus, so I left.... now no car, I need to turn in my lease by 6/27/19, and what about the time I wasted?????Sad story... More

If you do make the mistake of going to that dealership, please avoid Reggie. He’s extremely rude and has no sense of professionalism. Long story short, we ended up waiting a few weeks and had a very smooth, respectful and happy transaction at the Jm Lexus dealership in margate.
