Poor communication as to the status of my vehicle. Nobody to ld me i wasn't getting a new bumper bar after being told that initially. Customer service is very bad. Fair and respectful! I went to many car dealerships where I felt I was being taken just because I was a woman. This was the first dealership that did not do that. Cesar worked with me and was patient and persistent in getting me to a price point that was good for me. Pembroke Pines Lexus also had more vehicles than any other dealership I went to and had the exact car I wanted in stock. No waiting or special ordering process. They had fast and efficient service with the actual buying process as well. More

Are appointments necessary? The service at this Lexus dealership has always been a hit or miss. I am writing this review because they have asked me to do so. Appointment was made for regular scheduled maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation was the service to be made on my vehicle. Two hours and twenty five minutes for this to completed is unacceptable. Places like jiffy lube advertise 15 min. Of course I am not comparing the two in the sense of workers skills and what not but we all know that an oil change and tire rotation should not be 2 hours and 25 minutes. Waste of time. Oh and the service advisor wasn’t what you would call “happy”. Maybe he was having a bad day. Next time please don’t close the door on me. Won’t say who it was because that would be wrong for any one to single out a worker. But I’m sure you know who you are. More

service and detailing I took my car in for service and expected to get a vehicle loaner which was comparable to what I was leaving for service but received a vehicle that w I took my car in for service and expected to get a vehicle loaner which was comparable to what I was leaving for service but received a vehicle that was much smaller than mine. I couldn’t even fit my family in the back seat because of zero leg room. They kept my car for 5 days because I had a complimentary detail which was offered because my car was not washed the first two times it was serviced. Lourdes was Kind enough to offer the detail. Andre called to say I would be charged for the detail until I told him it was offered to me which I thought should have been noted since that is why I was given the loaner. Dropped the car off Friday and got it back end of day on Tuesday and was so excited to see the detail job due to the length of time I was away from my car. To my dismay ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the car was detailed. The trunk and roof had the say marks from moving my daughter to college the floors still had debris and the dash still had finger marks from the last service Since I couldn’t reach it to clean the area. They also left fresh scoff marks on the seats and gear shift. unfortunately I will no longer make the drive from Coral Springs to Pembroke Pines- too many disappointments with service. More
