Horrible experience First, waited 45 minutes to get a loaner; second, they wanted me to leave my car there for 3 days to wait for a part (I refused; last time they told m First, waited 45 minutes to get a loaner; second, they wanted me to leave my car there for 3 days to wait for a part (I refused; last time they told me the same thing and after a week, they still didn’t have the part; I guess they don’t stock parts), when I picked up my car, one of the tires was deflated and one of the mats was missing; had to wait 45’ for them to patch tire and find the mat. The response from manager? “these things happen”; only reason I would return, is for warranty service but even that they couldn’t fix; still waiting for part More

Besides the excellent job in service as well as it was during the sales process, from the constructive perspective I would like to recommend the dealer to put more attention in the Car Wash, that is the last step of the process and not really critical... but when I bought the car there were not enough car wash employees and received the car after a huge delay 9:00 pm on Satirday with a 1/2 wash quality and a lot of dust details... now at the 5K service everything was very good except again the car was not well washed. Hope next time they take more time to wash it accordingly to a Lexus high standards. More

Excellent service as always - returning customer I had previously leased several Lexus from JM Lexus until my last transaction when they misrepresented some facts. I had to wait a bit, but Richard w I had previously leased several Lexus from JM Lexus until my last transaction when they misrepresented some facts. I had to wait a bit, but Richard was able to work with me and get me in my 1st RX Lease through Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Since then (approximately 96 years), I have only worked with him. He is on point / on target and never have to negotiate. He knows what I want and expect. He let's me know if possible without making false promises. He always delivers. This past week I completed my 3rd lease with him (2nd GX 460) and again, he did not disappoint. I only hope that he is still there for my next vehicle in another 3 years. More

They lie like a bad toupe I'll keep this short.....after spending a couple of hours on the phone with these guys (Frank M., Yomar and Armani) we finally agreed to a price for I'll keep this short.....after spending a couple of hours on the phone with these guys (Frank M., Yomar and Armani) we finally agreed to a price for a new LS500. Then, at the last minute, they tried to change the car on me to one with a lower sticker price AND THEN tried to raise the price over $1700.00! I sent an email to their GM to complain, who NEVER RESPONDED! Why would anyone want to do business with people so dishonest? Go somewhere else. They all,nearly, have the same inventory so find an honest dealership. More
