We have been to the dealer twice to expose our situation and unfortunately sales manger Frank Marsala has been unkind and knowing that the store made a mistake does not want to collaborate and help with this case... They agreed to exchange a defective car the next day of sharing but it was not so, and they added 15 000 dollars plus a negative trade in fee. They never gave us a copy of this lease, until after 3 months we called to see the payoff of that car and we realized that they charged us for a car that was never purchased, used and returned the next day by default of fabric. We share this information so they know what they are doing at this dealer and it doesn't happen to anyone else... More
