Zee enjoys what he does, he works very hard to get the customer what he wants and tries to be transparent when making deals. He won’t waste your time! His sales director Rohan is very approachable and will make you feel like he wants to earn your business. These guys have great customer service skills and treat you with the highest respect! It was a true pleasure buying a car from this dealership (and I haven’t been able to say that in years). They truly put their best effort in getting our deal done. Zee was patient, and happy to show us various cars and took us for a test drive without any fuss. He explained many features about the Lexus products and overall he knew exactly what he needed to do to earn our business. Frank Gato arranged to have this particular SUV brought over from the North Miami dealership. While waiting Frank gave us a complimentary voucher for lunch. Happily we ended up purchasing this SUV.
