Gustavo in the Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL! Lexus service Had to take my car in for service and the tire pressure light was on. It took only an hour and a half which was pretty quick considering I brought it Had to take my car in for service and the tire pressure light was on. It took only an hour and a half which was pretty quick considering I brought it at 4:15pm. Dealer also found a nail in my tire and repaired it at no additional charge. My technician Melissa is great to work with as well. More

Failure to follow-up with toyota headquarters The service department is great however I had a bad experience returning my previous lexus. The salesperson Ronald Hector assured me a minor scratch The service department is great however I had a bad experience returning my previous lexus. The salesperson Ronald Hector assured me a minor scratch would not be charged if I renewed another lease with him, which I did. However two months later I received a bill from Toyota for 500. Its now over year and still the issue has not been resolved, I had to pay the 500 since a collection company came came after me for non-payment. I made several calls to Toyota and was told I would receive my money back but to date have not!!! More
