Questionable Fees and Taxes Me and my wife purchase a vehicle from this dealership about 2-3 months ago, on the bill of sale they charged us every fee in the world plus $80.00 fo Me and my wife purchase a vehicle from this dealership about 2-3 months ago, on the bill of sale they charged us every fee in the world plus $80.00 for a two year registration renewal, two months later we receive the mailed request for registration renewal from DMV for the old vehicle we had traded in, it was then that we realized Lexus of Pembroke Pines has not gotten around to register our new vehicle. After many attempts trying to get a hold of their title department we finally received a call back, asking for more money for the registration, and claiming that they were not going to register the vehicle until we pay more. When I educated them about the State Law requiring for the vehicle to be register within 30 days they finally when ahead and register the vehicle .This dealership has been holding my registration for hostage for the past 2 months now, demanding even more money. I have called their general manager Rey Blanco several times and he never answer his phone or return our voicemails. Estefani from the registration and cashier department is very rude and insulting. This is no way to treat a customer. More

More than 60 days and dealer have not registered my vehicle Beyond upset with this dealer. Purchased a Lexus on October and when my registration expired on December, they had yet not registered my vehicle over Beyond upset with this dealer. Purchased a Lexus on October and when my registration expired on December, they had yet not registered my vehicle over 60 days later. Now is January and they just registered the vehicle (Meaning I been exposed to be able to get a ticket for driving with an expired registration) Now after i contacted them many times Stephanie from the registration office states I owe $78 for registration, although they charged it on the contract. I been trying to get a hold of Ray Blanco and Oliver Alvarado to see why is there extra money being charged for the past week and no one even returns my calls....I am beyond upset and still don't have my registration..... Update 01/17/2020: Was finally contacted by Ray Blanco, possibly after the review surfaced, and was offered to have my registration be sent overnight. Atleast they didn't ignore my review, just sad that it took for this to happen in order for them to do what they had to do. More

My service advisor Jeremy was very helpful and courteous, however this African American gentleman who I spoke too was rude and dishonest...
