I gave this a 5 star only because of Amed R. and Ray Santos. I came to Lexus so excited to buy a car when Andres V. started showing us cars. My dad then texted Andres later that day to make an offer on the car and he said the manager said no, so we made another offer $1,000 more and he didn’t text us back. We texted him again for an update and He told us to contact Omar...we spoke with Omar and told him what our new offer was. He said he would speak to the manager and get back to us....he never did. I decided to come to the dealership in person that Sunday when I met Amed Rodriguez. Right away he greeted us with a smile, told me all about the features of the car and got right into negotiating. No wasted time. As we were negotiating he asked me if I had even test driven the car and I had not. He said we are going to stop right here before you buy the car you need to test drive it. LETS GO! We went for a spin and I fell even more in love with the car and knew it was the one for me. Amed made it happen! That day I left with my new princess Lexii G. (My Lexus NX 300 Gray) So thank you, Amed for your outstanding customer service and for not wasting me or my family’s time. He knew what I wanted and made it happenit! Now I am here having my car serviced and Rey Santos is helping me. He has treated me with Exceptional customer service and professionalism. I am happy that now it has been great ever sense.
