Took my 2020 NX 300h for collision repair. The communication with my service advisor Wayne was above and beyond my expectations. He kept me abreast of the different stages of repair. When I went to pickup my vehicle on Saturday, I noticed something wasn't aligned properly. He said no problem. He called me the following Monday at 1030 to let me know my car was ready. I picked up my car and I'm extremely happy with the repairs. More
