Horrible Follow Up from Selling We purchased a used vehicle from Edgar; it was not the best experience. His lack of follow up to client was horrible. After purchasing the vehicle u We purchased a used vehicle from Edgar; it was not the best experience. His lack of follow up to client was horrible. After purchasing the vehicle upon arriving at our home (15 minutes later) we noticed that one of the tail lights had a crack in it. We immediately called Edgar, it took over a week and only due to my calls and texts for Edgar to schedule an appointment. We had be given two key fobs for the vehicle; noticing one of them was not working we text him the same evening that we called out the tail light. We told him we would replace the battery, but it did not work. We realized that the two key fobs were different. When we called Edgar, he told us "you can pay for a replacement" I will give you my key guys number. This was clearly a mistake on his or the dealership; and we insisted that he needed to speak with someone to make it right. This went on for over three months, Edgar promising to follow up then no resolution. He even stated in one of his texts that he promised, he was not giving us the run around. We finally went to the dealership in person, we asked to speak with the Dealership Manager who was not working so we spoke with Andre Armani, who resolved the issue immediately. He clearly did not inspect the vehicle / key fobs prior to us driving away. Edgar lacked follow up on the entire "after" experience, which is equally important as the selling experience. More
Well everytime that my car needs to be serviced, as soon as I arrived the employees are ready to seve me. Everybody is very polite. Rooms are very clean,and confortable.
