Tarnished Went in looking for an RX 2017 or later, not black. Took our keys for trade in value assessment, sat us down in the dealership and we waited.... and w Went in looking for an RX 2017 or later, not black. Took our keys for trade in value assessment, sat us down in the dealership and we waited.... and waited. They had one but it wasn’t ready to be shown yet. Frustrated, I said I don’t care if it’s not show room ready, can we see it? Sure! Took us ( walking) through the back of the dealership towards the car. We passed 2 golf carts! I gave up half way through the walk. We left. Don’t make me walk from one end of your dealership to the other. If he had said, “I’ve got a vehicle that I want to show you but it just came in and I want to clean it first and not make you wait’” I would have gladly come back. waisted a lot of time with nothing to show for it. I doubt We’ll be back. More
