My feedback is in reference to service. I should have received an explanation that my car would smell like fuel after the recall was addressed. Why would they not have a fuel pump in stock for a recall?!? My wife and I have been using Lexus of Pembroke Pines for years. Their service department is usually terrific (John Steigele is the best!). This time My wife and I have been using Lexus of Pembroke Pines for years. Their service department is usually terrific (John Steigele is the best!). This time I saw an advisor named José. Nice guy, but he told me that the car had been recalled because of a bad fuel pump - and they didn't have it in stock! It took 4 days to get my car back. If the part is recalled, you need to have it in stock. I also think they may have overcharged me for the brake service they did. More

Was skeptical of buying car on line, but was pleasantly surprised all went as described by dealer . Left my AirPods in car I turned in and 5 days later Nicholas found them and fedex them to me the next day surprised all went as described by dealer .
