Had to bring in my car for service and recalls. They greeted each and every customer with respect. They also meet you at the door of your vehicle and even open the door and assist you. The last service appointment was not very good. A mistake occurred regarding the recall which caused havoc. It took weeks to get decent service. I got nothing other than the run around for most of the time. First of all, I had my 15,000 mile maintenance scheduled. I was going to wait for my vehicle until I was told by Jeremy that the recall had to be fixed now. I was given a loaner car. When I got home, I was told they didn’t have the part and to return the car the next day. I returned the car the next day and requested that I get priority when the part comes in. The person at the service area agreed. When the part came in, they called me for the service. I asked for pickup service. I was told there was a three week wait. Then the service manager called me, after I requested to speak with a manager for the third time since I originally brought the car in. Osiris agreed to give me pick up service the next day. The service never came. When I called the next day, I was told that I was scheduled for service, but not pickup service. Osiris then rescheduled me for the next day. Finally, Bernie picked up my car and returned it when the recall item was done. Bernie gets five stars from me. He did a perfect job. During the process, I also spoke with Dayron. The day I leased the car, Dayton and I were talking. Dayron did the finance paperwork on February 22, 2019. He asked me if I wanted to buy the maintenance contract? I said it takes too long to get pickup service. He told me that if that happens with this car, give him a call and that will be remedied in a minute, as he will get me pick up service immediately. I then bought the service contract based on his statement. So I took him up on it last month. He called me back and said he couldn’t help me. In my book, that’s called lying. I have purchased two new vehicles from your dealership going back to 2004 when you were on 441 near county line road. I am also leasing a third one. I have spent $100,000 at your dealership. Should I be treated like this? I’m one of your better customers. The only way your service contract is worth it is if I get great customer service. Great customer service has happened during all but two times. The first time, I received a phone call from someone high up to talk out what happened and see what we can do to make things better. This time, I have received nothing. No effort on your part and I have called three times to speak with a manager. My lease runs out in two years. If you are going to ignore me, my decision on what to do is easy. I’ll ask again for a fourth time: I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER TO TALK ABOUT HOW TO FIX THIS. CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK? The first time this happened, the manager offered me a complimentary detailing. I said thank you for the offer, but that’s not necessary. I am not out to get something for nothing. I am also not out to get treated like a piece of crap while paying thousands of dollars for that to happen. Please, let’s talk about this. More

We agreed on a pri We had a fairly good experience upon driving into Lexus of Pembroke Pines and purchased our Rx350 which we had research for months. We agreed on a price and after finalizing our deal, we were given one set of keys (this was a 2017). The salesman was very kind but told us we had to have the 2nd set made on our expense and that we would get the 'dealer "special discount". I requested our sales rep talk to the sales manager and reconsider this request as at this point the customer service started to feel a little bitter. The sales manager through our sales rep told us there was nothing they could do and if we needed a second set of keys we had to pay. At this point, we are in the office transferring our insurance to our new car almost done and waiting for the keys. I know the vehicle we purchased was a lease-return and whenever you return a lease without the 2-sets of keys the dealer will be charging for the lost key. Well, this dealership double dipped. Yesterday the locksmith came to my house, made me the 2nd set, and charged me $180 for one key. The cost was never the issue, it was the customer service post-sale that will cause us to never refer anyone to this dealership. I should have been told prior to the contract written. Instead, they choose to tell me upon the completion of the sale and almost walking out the door. My sister is coming in next week looking to purchase a new car which we were going to refer her but not knowing how last-minute issues are handled, this is a definitely NO. I don't want any surprises. The manner in which every deal is handled is critical up to the very end. More
Pembroke Pines Lexus is in a league of their own. this is the 3rd Lexus I lease and it’s always a great experience to work with them. I had the pleasure of working with Sales associate Yomar Contreras. 3 mon the 3rd Lexus I lease and it’s always a great experience to work with them. I had the pleasure of working with Sales associate Yomar Contreras. 3 months working with him and can’t ask for a better Sales person. He knew all the answers to my questions and also helped me on his days off numerous times. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s promoted to a higher position with the Lexus family, it would be well deserved. I also want to thank Frank Marsala, I don’t know his exact position but he’s a Manager and a very helpful individual. H was also there every step of the way. Thanks to the entire Lexus team. See you guys in about 36 months for round 4. this is for anyone shopping for a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, make your way over to Lexis of Pembroke Pines and ask for Yomar or Frank.
