For over a month, I had been looking at different 2024 Lexus RX models and happened to stumble upon a RX 500h at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. From the very first moment I contact them to the day I picked up t Lexus RX models and happened to stumble upon a RX 500h at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. From the very first moment I contact them to the day I picked up the vehicle, Rafael Genao was very professional and courteous throughout my experience. Because of my job, I do not have much time throughout the week but Rafael and his team treated me as if I was the only client at the dealership that day. I never felt pressured to buy anything and Boris at the Finance Department had a the documents printed for me, so that all I had to do, was pick up the car. This is my first luxury vehicle and I have come cherish the Lexus experience. As for the car, it drives and feels like a dream. Ironically, the day I got the car, two of my wife's colleagues had also gotten new vehicles and when she got into mine, she said "WOW, this is a world apart from the other cars I saw today." I want to thank Rafael for making my first Lexus experience an unforgettable one. More

First time shopping for a Lexus in particularly for the GX550. So I decided to walk into Lexus of Pembroke Pines since I live near the area. I was immediately greeted by Kristina. She asked me what brin GX550. So I decided to walk into Lexus of Pembroke Pines since I live near the area. I was immediately greeted by Kristina. She asked me what brings me in to the dealership in which I told her I was interested the GX 550. I also told her that I was stuck in making a decision between that GX550 or the Toyota Land Cruiser. She offered a test drive of the vehicle and asked me what model of the GX series I preferred or wanted. I told her the OverTrail Plus model. Kristina informed me that unfortunately, due to high demand, the vehicle was unavailable to see in person and that the Test drive was a Premium model. I told her it was not an issue. We went on the test drive and as soon as I hit the gas pedal of the vehicle, I drew closer to finalizing my decision to proceed to purchase the GX model series. The drive was smooth, the performance of the 6-cylinder motor(much better than the land cruiser, and the appearance packages that the Lexus of Pembroke Pines dealer offers per vehicle enhances the interior and exterior’s look. After the test drive, we went over the model options again and I decided to go with the Premium Plus model with Black interior and Roof rack accessory and as well as other specs. Kristina made the experience super simple and straightforward. Again due to popular demand, the vehicle model and the specs weren’t available, but Kristina informed me when the vehicle was estimated to arrive at the end of February and that It will be at the production process for a new build. I gladly made my deposit. Since then, Kristina has been emailing/texting/calling to provide me updates along with her assistant and If had any questions or concerns. Kristina’s professionalism and gratitude towards customers/clients made my experience at Lexus Pembroke feel welcoming, which is why I moved forward with purchasing the GX550. I definitely highly recommend her services especially to any of my family and friends. I’m looking forward to the end of February where the anticipation of receiving my vehicle will end. Jose amaro was very good. I made special mention about my problem last visit with Lexus returning my car with wet. Spoiled mats. Which were not used, having the same issue of wet soiled mats. Mr. Amaro took care of the problem, however, it delayed me over 30 minutes to wait for them.
