One of the best decisions my wife and I made was to stop in and visit Lexus of Palm Beach. Especially after wasting two hours of our time at an Audi dealership a little further East, a complete waste of tim in and visit Lexus of Palm Beach. We were met with quite possibly the nicest salesman we’ve ever met, Steven Miller, who was not pushy, not in any rush, he really made us feel like we’ve known him for years. He took his time with us, listened to what we were there for and helped us every step of the way. We then were introduced to Mike the Financial Manager and he was also very helpful and very helpful in our decision to lease our new vehicle. Needless to say. We drove off the lot way past their closing time, satisfied with the not only our vehicle but with the first class service we received. Now I have my new vehicle and my wife will be placing her order for her new SUV in the coming months. It is safe to say that this dealership and its staff have earned two new loyal customers for a very long time. So much so that in the coming weeks, our Son and his Fiancé will be paying Steven a visit… keep it all in the family! More

I needed a Tite Pressure Sensor replaced in my 2013 Rx350. I called your dealership to get a price and was told it was about $190 to replace. After checking other places, this was the best price so I made an appointment and drove 35 miles to West Palm Beach and was then told it would be $350 to replace. After arguing with the service rep, he finally lowered the price to $250 out the door. After that the service was fine but I should not have had to argue to get a reasonable cost. (BTW .. a Toyota dealer only 10 mins from my home gave me a $250 estimate.) More
