Recommend unneeded service and returned Car dirty They returned my car with the floor mat soiled with dirt and grease. I just had my floor mats cleaned the day before. I have pictures. Service at Lexus of north miami Overall service was very good. I did discover after leaving that someone left their tools on my backseat which will be returned. I was taken aback with the $64 charge for a “Complimentary loaner” no one mentioned the charge and when I got home and reviewed the bill I was not happy. More

Was there for a recall. I went to the dealership because my car was recalled. I Waited for about 1.5 hours until it was completed.
