My service appointments have always been hassle-free and transparent. Shad has always been respectful and upfront about the work to be done on my vehicle and the wait times have not been excessive. Unfortunately, I had a different experience when I went in to inquire about getting out of my lease and into something with a lower monthly payment. I got the distinct impression that I was being humored and when it came time to talk real numbers, even felt slightly belittled ("Why would you think we would ever lease a vehicle for that price?"). Even if the number I threw out was completely absurd, a more appropriate and professional response would have been, "I'm sorry, but I don't think we can meet your needs right now." I realize that lease transfers and early exits are not the norm and do not make Lexus (or its salespeople) any money, but customers will not stay loyal if they are treated like nuisances. More
Sean set up my appointment at my convenience. My husband and I chose to wait. During the inspection it was determined that the tires on my 2006 RX450 needed replacement. Sean came and spoke to us in the lo and I chose to wait. During the inspection it was determined that the tires on my 2006 RX450 needed replacement. Sean came and spoke to us in the lounge area. He suggested that since it would take a few hours we should use a loaner car to get home. When I phoned at 3 PM to determine the progress Sean asked if I would like a Valet to deliver my car and pick up the loaner. I was very pleased with that arrangement. I made an appointment for some brake work to be done in three weeks. Sean said he will arrange for my car to be picked up at my home.I appreciate that service. After driving a few other manufacturers vehicles, I decided to purchase my second Lexus....not only because of the integrity of the vehicle, but especially because of the amazing, professional service I have always received at Lexus of North Miami. From my first service advisor, Sean, to Chris, and now to Nabila, my vehicles have always received the highest level of service and I have always been welcomed with a smile and treated as a valued customer. I had a great experience at this dealership. I had to go in for a complete new air conditioning system on my 2001 model and was very happy with the service that I received. The employee that got me started with everything was super friendly and explained everything before I had to make a decision on my options. I had also failed to bring my license with me that day and needed a loaner and couldn't get one without it. They had already started working on my car so I was driven back all the way to my house in downtown Miami by a super nice concierge driver. I also got a great loaner when I got back with my license. They went above and beyond what I believe many dealerships would do and I would recommend them to anyone! More

Overall, I always receive EXCELLENT service from Lexus of North Miami. The staff, service and shop are superior. I trust the work but my "faith" is getting old and because of her age requires a lot of TLC North Miami. The staff, service and shop are superior.
