Best service Manager and best service group! I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well. The agent that handled the collision aspect complet I had my car repairs assigned to Lexus of NM and I needed service performed on my vehicle as well. The agent that handled the collision aspect completely dropped the ball on getting my car serviced after the repairs. The service manager Ed Rubenfeld saved the day. He listened to me, got my car into service and had me out in under an hour! That is 5 Star client service! More

Bad service After I dropped my NX Lexus They send me a text saying the car needed alignment and nitro fill with a price cost .
