The adviser won’t consider to check the car or give time to diagnose the problem. I been with the dealer over 14 years and I have 3 car. Every time I get to this dealership the wait time is longer and longer. I got there at 8 am and didn’t leave until 12:30-45pm. That is a ridiculous amount of time to wait.
