Poor customer service I took my car in for service; recalled airbag replacement. No one contacted me for 5 days. I kept calling to get updates on my car. Thought I would ge I took my car in for service; recalled airbag replacement. No one contacted me for 5 days. I kept calling to get updates on my car. Thought I would get my car back within a few hrs. After several calls, I finally got a text stating my car is ready. No one called to give an explanation as to why an airbag replacement took 5 days. Very disappointed with my service rep and management at Lexus of North Miami. More

Where’s the customer service? My service advisor, Erika, was friendly. Everyone else was unsmiling and barely spoke. While waiting for the loaner, the woman who went to get it popped her head in the room and said , “neh neh neh.” I didn’t answer, but apparently that was my summons. Someone else said, are you waiting for a loaner?” Oh! I followed her out and she barely spoke to me. Got a text at 4:57 PM saying my car was ready. I live 20 minutes away. I drove back to the dealership immediately, and was told upon arriving, “hurry up, we are getting ready to close.” (Seriously?) Then as I was looking for the cashier, I heard a sales guy say, “I am bone f***ing tired.” will not be back. Ps: I did not work with any of the people listed below, but you’re making me check one. More

Where's the customer service? First, I made an online appointment for a day in May. When I called because I needed to cancel it, they had no record of my appointment. I showed up at the appointed time and was helped by Erika, who was pleasant. My service was going to take "2-3 hours" so I was given a loaner. Took paperwork to loaner dept. People there barely grunted at me. When the woman brought the loaner around, she stuck her head in the waiting room, and literally said, "Neh neh neh." Assuming the "message" wasn't for me, I didn't respond. Someone else said to me, "Are you waiting for a loaner?" Oh! I went outside to get the loaner. The woman, again, barely said one word while she went through the steps of recording the outside of the car, etc. At 4:57 pm, a little more than 3 hours since my appointment, I got a text that my car was ready. I live 20 min away. I left my house immediately and arrived at 5:20. Whereupon I was told by the people outside, "Hurry up! You're the last customer, and we're closing!" Um. OK, so why text me at 5 pm if you are closing at 5:30? Anyway, as I walked to the cashier office, a sales guy passed me and muttered, "I'm bone-f***ing tired." Um. OK. Not a good experience. Won't be back. NOBODY smiled or cared or thanked me for my business. More
