Lack of details I’ve owned Lexus for over 20 years so I’ve been to many dealers across the US. Comparing this to others: It starts with expectations. I was given a I’ve owned Lexus for over 20 years so I’ve been to many dealers across the US. Comparing this to others: It starts with expectations. I was given a quote but when I paid the bill noticed it was much higher; I was not told it did not include x, y, z. It took many days since the parts were not in stock; again I was not told this. Scheduling with advisor whose name I never remember and then the advisor is not in. In Florida, waiting outside the advisor’s office is a bit like torture since it is 90+ degrees with equal humidity. Who does that? Cost of service is pretty pricey. The problem I had was not solved on my first visit, but had to return and emphasize the fact that the problem persists and I needed to resolve. Only then did a mechanic test drive the car and acknowledged there was a problem. More

Everything went so smoothly My appointment for service was at 10:30 a.m. and I believe that was exact time I met with Javel my service representative. I went into the lounge area to wait and a little over an hour Javel came looking for me with news my car was done and being washed. I then went to the cashier who gave me a number to get my car. A great experience and I must say that Javel made it all happen. More
