Purchase a certified used 2015 Lexus IS 250 in Septemb Poor excuse given as to why a battery can not be replaced while car is under extended warranty. Purchase a certified used 2015 Lexus IS 250 in September of 2018 and now the battery has given out. Service representative ssys that only under factory warranty does dealership replace battery not extended. Car batteries only have a life of 2-3 years, so with that being said the battery should have been changed regardless if in running condition or not because it's a headache waiting to happen for the driver. This a setup for the dealership to make money by selling and overcharging for a battery and paying a ridiculous fee for labor More

Poor customer service I took my car in for service; recalled airbag replacement. No one contacted me for 5 days. I kept calling to get updates on my car. Thought I would ge I took my car in for service; recalled airbag replacement. No one contacted me for 5 days. I kept calling to get updates on my car. Thought I would get my car back within a few hrs. After several calls, I finally got a text stating my car is ready. No one called to give an explanation as to why an airbag replacement took 5 days.
