I purchased a 2020 Lexus IS350 in August with 2 miles on it. After a week or so I heard a rattling sound coming from the rear axle which grew louder over time. I brought the vehicle back and I was told th it. After a week or so I heard a rattling sound coming from the rear axle which grew louder over time. I brought the vehicle back and I was told that it was a loose parking brake disc and that the issue had been resolved. To my surprise, two weeks later the rattling sound came back and became very embarrassing as it would rattle going over bumps. I was very disappointed that a brand new Lexus would have this issue and at the fact that an issue that was fixed was not. When I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, they gave me a loaner which was a UX300. I could not believe that they put me in an entry model vehicle and not the same or better vehicle that I have. Well, I was promised that the issue has been resolved again with the rattling sound and I will cross my fingers each day. I have purchased four Lexus vehicles, two from Lexus of North Miami. I am not impressed and will seriously consider the fine luxury car dealership right next to them when my lease is up. The only positive experience I had was the technician that was in charge of my case, he was very professional and apologetic. I have not received no offers of compensation for my time wasted and inconvenience. More

Service Department RX400h needed small battery. Parts dept quoted $118, even though my battery was still under warranty service adviser quoted $180 (pro-rated which wa RX400h needed small battery. Quoted $7000 to replace whole engine harness. Are you for real? It took me $32.08 for replacement terminal , another $10 in battery cleaning material and $149 for AGM GELL battery from PepBoys. Shameless crooks! More

I absolutely love my Lexus and Lexus of N Miami keeps me coming back for more. My most recent visit was at their collision center. Just a few minutes after driving into the garage & waiting for my adjuster to finish w/ another client the manager of the collision center at Lexus of N Miami( tall black male) approached my damaged vehicle and asked if I was alright and if I was being taken care of. As I expressed my concerns he immediately assures me not to worry that I will be taken cared of... he spoke to a few reps and before I knew it my car had been taken to the back and I was in a rental vehicle driving away. My car was repaired in a smooth and timely manner not to cause me to go over my rental budget; and to top it off everyone there worked as a team with my insurance company to keep me informed of all repairs etc. Just a few weeks, I am driving my car again & it runs like new. I live in Pembroke Pines but I am never disappointed for driving the extra mile to come to my most favorite Lexus dealer. Because of Lexus of Miami Customer Services several of my family members also drive a Lexus😁 More
