Worst car experience of my life. Sold me faulty Jaguar and now taking forever to fix it (2 months and counting). No loaner, no estimate date of completion. The associates at the collision are just handler and now taking forever to fix it (2 months and counting). No loaner, no estimate date of completion. The associates at the collision are just handlers trying to calm ppl down for the long wait time. 2 months was my limit, and when I became impatient, Patricia (associate) became annoyed AT ME! lol that's rich . I'll be bankrupted by the car rental fees this experience has racked up on top of the car note I'm paying for a car I havent seen in 2 months. Horrible horrible horrible cursed dealership . Do NOT BUY HERE, or especially SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! More

I had a minor accident on the 3rd of May and I figured I would bring my car to the collision center at the Lexus of North Miami dealer expecting a luxury experience, as Lexus should be. After a month, $7,00 would bring my car to the collision center at the Lexus of North Miami dealer expecting a luxury experience, as Lexus should be. After a month, $7,000 and a few hiccups along the way they finally told me my car was ready. The week before this I had called the representative to ask about my car and she told me that there was a piece missing but that the car was being assembled, then buffed and detailed before it was sent off to quality control. My wife went in to pick up the car expecting the car to be in perfect conditions again as it is a Lexus dealer. My wife, which doesn’t know much about cars, noticed that there were some scratches on the car where the accident had occurred, the rubber seal on the hood misaligned and parts were missing from the inside of the car door. She wasted her time going to get a car that to the naked eye would not have passed a quality control inspection. My wife and I felt disappointed and disrespected by this. To have received the car in less than ideal conditions after a month, $7,000, and a supposed quality control inspection was distasteful, infuriating and discouraging. What type of quality control standards do they even uphold? And this was just a quick inspection of the outside of the car. Who knows what’s to say about the internal parts of the car. If they hold them to the same type of standards then I’m concerned the door will eventually fall off due to poor quality and bad labor. I know that to them I’m just a number and that they don’t care about the fact that I’m never coming back to this dealer but I wanted to vent about my horrible experience with them and advise as many of you that would listen against using the collision center of the Lexus of north miami. As a Lexus owner I expected luxury and nothing but exceptional quality and service. My experience here has left a bad taste and has changed my idea of what Lexus should be. I had an Acura years ago and I received a better service from them at a cheaper price. More
