in for 35000 mile service and had arranged for a loaner car, but Bobby Rahmani indicated the service would take 90 minutes so I opted to work in the lounge and the car was ready in an hour. I am grateful that Lexus provides loaners when servicing our cars. The Loaner dept however needs better organization .Either it is understaffed, or the staff are not motivated to do their job description. T our cars.
