I’m been a Lexus customer for more than 15 years and I can said that the customer service has been going down in the last 3 years. When I leave my car for services there is no cash wash, no vacuuum, and t can said that the customer service has been going down in the last 3 years. When I leave my car for services there is no cash wash, no vacuuum, and the last 3 times I take my car for services the car has stayed with the auto shop for more than 3-5 days one time my car was lost and no where to be found until my sales person saw me and he even went looking for my car, I always take my car to Lexus for services. Now this recently visit, was for an oil change the the mechanic said I needed to change the battery the water pump the brakes and rotors fuel injectors and fluid how come I was not told this 6 months before where my car got lost in your dealership. Finally I told the service person ok this is what I will do on the services the car was there 4 days thanks god you gave me a loaner I come to pick up my car as soon I drove and exit the dealer a horrible and terrible noise while driving you are telling me your mechanics fixed my car but now there is a noise never hear before? Something was left lose or unplug. I called services to make an appointment they told me we can’t help you with a loaner your sales person might be therefore thanks to Jonathan he was able to assist me and provided me with a loaner and I brought back the car for another day to get refixed due to the noise. They said a nail was rubbing the tire.. one more day for the car to be left with your auto mechanics. The battery key chain was not even check and is now dying which I can replace but isn’t Lexus know by hehe way the customer is treated. I am very dissatisfied to all the customer service from the autoshop I been given. On the other hand, my sales person Yairon from sales and the service Advisor Jonathan went above and beyond on the service they provided to us. I will return to Lexus because of this two excellent employees. But as a Lexus customer and a loyalty member of the Lexus family You need to do better with the service at the auto shop. My car always has been fixed at Lexus and we didn’t appreciate the way the mechanics and auto shop service we were given on our last visit June 11 to June 19 visit More

Mixed feelings on this occasion; It was a convoluted service call.
