My advisor Ramon was excellent with me. Very kind very patient and always answers you back quickly. He deserved the credit even though the ticket is under Chris. I was seen quickly although I did not have an appointment. The service was done quickly enough that I made it to work on time. My only issue is/was the cost of the service. I have been a customer for several years now. This is my fifth Lexus and I am very happy with the service. However, on my last visit, I was informed that there were some additional charges due t This is my fifth Lexus and I am very happy with the service. However, on my last visit, I was informed that there were some additional charges due to "the age of my car". I got very confused because my car has only 15,000 miles in almost 20 months. This is a "baby car".... I am wondering if these charges were really necessary or if they were part of the regular Maintenace before and now Lexus wants to get money for them. More
