I always enjoy coming to the North Miami Lexus Dealership and appreciated the complimentary vehicle while mine was being serviced. Though it does have a tendency to get very busy, by booking an appointment y and appreciated the complimentary vehicle while mine was being serviced. Though it does have a tendency to get very busy, by booking an appointment you can minimize the time spent waiting. I like the upfront discussion when reviewing alternative solutions to maintenance upkeep on my vehicle. I would have liked to have talked to someone directly when I picked up my vehicle about the issues noted on the receipt that showed I was required to have certain items taken care of -- though I did place a follow-up call and received the answers. Overall, a very nice dealership with an abundance of amenities for the Lexus owner. More

I bought a pre owned 2011 Lexus RX450h that I found through autotrader. Unfortunately, I live in CA and the car was in FL and I was not able to test drive or inspect the car prior to my purchase. The listed price for the car was so competitive that I couldn't pass up on the deal. Matthew Silva, my sales rep was very helpful and assured me that the car I was buying was exactly as described (flawless condition). I had to arrange my own shipment of the car from FL to CA and Matt was very helpful and reassured me that he's familiar with this process. Ive never shipped a car before so this was all new to me. The shipping took almost 2 weeks and I was really nervous during this time since I just paid for a used car in full without even seeing it in person. When I finally received the car, I was ecstatic! The car was perfect and practically brand new. Came exactly as described and still has the new car smell. Matt also followed up with me to make sure there were no issues and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Matt and Lexus of North Miami for a great car at a great price! When I called the company the receptionist she had me on holf for twenty minutes after her very bad attitude, then she transferred me to finance which had nothing to do with my call. After I informed her I was going to do the survey after call she somehow finally found someone to help me. It was as if there wasn't anyone in the service department, after I finally got an appoointment I arrived there from a problem that lexus fixed before a problem they had never seen before with the powersteering. I waited in the lobby for an hour for them to tell me that they "think" its the modular and it was $1058 to repair(no problem) but they went on to say if it wasnt yhat I would have to "commit" to a $3000 dollar job a rack n pinion I wasnt going to commit to something they couldnt tell me exactly what was wrong and nevertheless the saftey point they gave the car the rack n pion was good! wth Its like they were trying to get my money after I paid $180.00 to have this problem fixed before which required resetting the computer. THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE and I dont plan on going back or ever calling there to be put on hold for 20 min and treated rudely, not to mention them cant give me an exact ans on whats wrong with my car, a car thats made by the company. More
I had a very positive experience at Lexus of North Miami. I had one issue - I made an appointment with the salesman for 10:00 a.m. and he was not there on time. I do not like the service provided for the free car wash.... it looks like the guys who are responsible for it just put my car into the machine and thats it..... sometimes when i picked my car up i can wash.... it looks like the guys who are responsible for it just put my car into the machine and thats it..... sometimes when i picked my car up i can see a lot of dirty stains on it and the worst thing is that i noticed a little scratches on my car's coat from the car wash machine..... I think that for that kind of car i pay (that is not cheap) , lexus should be offer a better service. In the other hand, excellent service provided by Mathew Silva, everytime I stop by Lexus north miami he always assist me in what I need. More
