At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). 5000 mile maintenance was quick and convenient. Pleasant experience and all taken care of at no charge. Drive up, register and head to coffee shop while service performed and car washed. I was going to buy another brand, and I had been earlier that day to buy it, but I was disappointed on the way I was treated, so my husband and I decided, at 8:30 pm to visit Lexus of North Miami. Even thou that day to buy it, but I was disappointed on the way I was treated, so my husband and I decided, at 8:30 pm to visit Lexus of North Miami. Even thought they were about to close, the minute we entered the dealership we were greeted like royalty, great service, great price, excellent car. Needless to say, I went back the next day and came out with a brand new Lexus IS350, the best car I have owned so far.I will definitely recommend this facility to everyone. Top of the line!!!! Nothing like it in South Florida. More

Val is the man we look for when we enter North Miami Lexus. A friend told us to seek him out when we were in the market for a new Lexus. Everyone who helped me from sales to service went out of their way to be accommodating, gracious and did whatever I needed plus then some. Even though my 2005 Lexus 330 is older, it's been kept beautifully, and doesn't look or seem old to me. I love my car so much, I've come to call her "Goldie," as she's gold with cashmere interior and exquisite wood interior. In addition to all that, the facility is amazing - it's brand new with a gym, spa and snack bar to keep you feeling as special as the car you bought while they service it. I couldn't be more pleased! I was a JM Lexus guy until I came and visited the North Miami Lexus Dealership.
