On Saturday afternoon, Feb 9 2013, I drove my '07 Lexus ES 350 To Lexus of North Miami to have a blown low beam headlamp replaced. The shop was busy and Mr Hamedani explained that there would be a 6 Lexus ES 350 To Lexus of North Miami to have a blown low beam headlamp replaced. The shop was busy and Mr Hamedani explained that there would be a 60 to 90 minute wait. About 75 minutes later my car was ready. I was charged $ 215.25 for the part and labor (1 hour) charge of $ 140.00. I cannot understand why it would take 1 hour to change one headlamp. More

I have also had my car serviced exclusively at the dealership and have had on-time appoint and have had a great dealer experience on both occasions. My experience at N Miami Lexus was great. I have been thinking about buying a Lexus since February and had been working with the Pines Dealership (close to home) only to become more and more frustrated thinking about buying a Lexus since February and had been working with the Pines Dealership (close to home) only to become more and more frustrated withe experience. I was just about ready to go for an Infinity instead when I decided to go on line and see what other dealerships were out there. I ended up on the N Miami dealership page filling out some info on the car I wanted. Soon after I got a call from Richard Todorow. Poor guy he had to listen to all my frustration about my Pines Experience! My lease was now up and I told Richard the deal and car I wanted and that I was going to get a car that weekend whether it was a Lexus or not. Richard was awesome, patient, and actually listened to what I was looking for . He understood it was not to spend my whole Memorial Day weekend at the dealership haggling. Long story short, the drive from Weston was worth it! In a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon I finally happily drove away in my new Lexus . The manager, sorry don't know his name , was also great. After knowing my story got on the phone with the GM with me there and got approval to get me the deal. The car did not have the spoiler and tinting I wanted so i had I had to go back to get it done. Although it was the rainiest day of the year in Aventura and it took me 5 and half hours to pick my car it was worth it. Service also did a great job and Richard was right there waiting for me to answer my additional questions on the cars technology. Definitely would recommend the dealership and Richard to anyone I know that wants a Lexus. It was worth the drive even if at 1 point it was in several feet of water! Great job! More

The reason I'm giving this rating is because this dealership has been working with me for years in making my dream comes true as far as the car I like and enjoy to drive. The employees make it so easy for me to trade in or turn in my lease early with no strings attached. It's a family friendly place. I come here at least once a week for complimentary car washes. This is my 7th vehicle that I have purchased and/or leased from this Lexus. I'm also celebrating my 10th year of being a loyal customer of this Lexus. I've always been treated like family whenever I'm here. I also enjoy my free/complimentary services such as maintenance, Starbucks coffee, internet access, gym, massage chair, car washes, spa services (free hair coloring, teeth whitening, mani/pedi, and sometimes free lunches). Wayne, Harvey, and Jaime are doing a wonderful job making the customers feel welcome and at ease when making purchases or servicing cars. They are more like my friends than just me being their customer. It's really a good feeling to have this kind of assurance when I know Lexus itself backs up its product. Most importantly, I always get a loaner whenever Lexus keeps my car for more than 2-3 hours to avoid any inconvenience for me. My sales Agent, Erik Madsen, knows his merchandise well and therefore when you take delivery of your car, very patiently spends the time necessary to show you how everything works. You get the feeling that you're dealing with an old honest friend. He will go out of his way to help. Harvey Gonzalez my service consultant, handles reception of my car when service is needed, and you can tell he has been well trained to provide the best customer service. Then there a couple of "devils". They are Barbara Angelopoulos and Ron Martin. I call the "devils" (in a nice way) because they are so smart working the numbers, no matter if you were just "browsing" for a car that day, they will make it happen and get you into a car within your budget. I enjoy it when I take my car to the service. They receive my car as soon I get to the dealer, then they have a nice cafeteria to have my coffe for free, there is a shop with beautiful things and I ca receive my car as soon I get to the dealer, then they have a nice cafeteria to have my coffe for free, there is a shop with beautiful things and I can enjoy the spa for a complimentary service if my car is going to be in the service for less than two hours or they give me a nice loan car if the service is longer.. I just traded in my 2007 ES350 for the new 2013 model other then being the best car I ever owned, the experience of working with Matthew Silva was really first class.
