At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I generally try not to visit Lexus during the weekend because of the crowds, but I made an exception this last time. The overall experience was great, I met the sales rep, Fred right at the door. I had a small issue with my used car that I didn't realize until after the purchase. Mayer listened to what I wanted and showed me exactly what I asked for. Normally, I hate the hassle and tricks that the salesperson uses but at Lexus of North Miami, I found what I wanted in less than an what I asked for. I had been to many different car dealerships prior to coming to Lexus. It was by far the best car purchase experiance I have ever had. The dealership itself is beautiful. Very clean , very spacious and more than enough staff to help you. They have a great selection of lexus cars, their lot is huge.
