At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Thsi was my second lexus from North Miami. I live in Boca Raton but made the drive down as the service was exemplary. I did most of the negotiating via email or phone and all I had to do was go down and pick up my car. There were alot of papers to sign, but no getting around that. My sales person was great and I did notice the little extras he did for me. preprogramming some items on the car, showing me how everything worked, preprinting some of the papers before I arrived. Top notch. Glad to have great Lexus service. More
