My first Lexus was purchased from Ron Martin and he never rushed me, pressured me or in any way made me feel uncomfortable. He honestly made me want to buy a car from Lexus of North Miami. Now he is the General Sales Manager and he is excellent in that position as well. My second Lexus was purchased from Erik Mansen. The sales experience from my first Lexus was repeated in this second Lexus purchase. Erik Mansen was a professional of the highest order; and without a doubt he knows his product. There was no question on the Lexus vehicle that he could not answer; at least I didn't find any. He took the time to explain navigation and sound system as well as the suspension and drive options available on my new Lexus. I can't imagine, in the future, looking anywhere but Lexus of North Miami for my next vehicle. Oh, and I forgot to mention Lexus of North Miami's service department. I would simply rate them as an A+. More

I was perfectly satisfied with my 2012 ES350, but I received a phone call to come in if I wanted to lower my monthly payments; that was a no brainer. SALES Person: Matthew Silva: This was my first time at the North Miami location, Mathew was the Sales person that assisted me and from the minute he greeted me till I drove off the lot with my new lease; the experience was awesome. Matthew was able to educate me on the new features from one model to the next and answered all my questions. He spent more than 6 hours with me, made sure that my trade in was empty and ensured that I had everything with me. Matthew walked me through the basics of the car and taught me some new features.
