I had been searching for a Certified 2011 Lexus ES 350, when I found my dream car at Lexus of North Miami - Florida. When I saw the vehicle it was even nicer than I imagined and after the test drive I knew I wanted it, Alfred walked me through the process of getting the car so that I could drive it off the lot the same day for a GREAT PRICE! :) He also took care of all of the paperwork. It was a very calm process, and extremely professional at the same time. Alfred Utset disclosed how the various options worked on the car, and I felt very satisfying driving the car home while enjoying the XM Satellite Radio and the Navigation System. Also, few days later Alfred Utset called me to see if I had any questions. I was extremely impressed with my experience at the dealer. I would highly recommend this dealership to future customers. I was shopping "around" for a new car (although I had a car in mind) and drove out to Lexus of North Miami on a Saturday. I live in the Gables and it was 100% worth the drive. I'm 23, walked in with shorts and a T-shirt and was greeted like I owned the place. After the full tour of the facility my girlfriend was sold on their complimentary spa, while I was test driving the new IS 350. They gave me a competitive rate and a recent college grad discount, working with me to get the car I wanted. I walked in to shop around, ended up leaving with a new Lexus. My experience was top-notch, in every way. As far as car dealerships go, I couldn't recommend one higher. More
