Lexus of North Miami

We came to North Miami Lexus where our car had been serviced before. It was a 2002 Lexus and had noises from the engine. We were told that the car was dead and that we needed to buy another. He could not have been more professional and attentive. After finding us an appropriate car, a 2010 SUV identical to one we had up North, Joanathan asked for the car to be delivered near his office so that we could see it. This is when our outrageous experience started. We waited for that car for 1 hour, checked it out, and went with Jonathan to the Finance Dept. There we waited for 2 hours to see Rosti. We quickly paid cash for the car and went outside to wait for our car to be delivered. There we waited for 2 more hours, all to have the car washed and gassed. And then we had to go to the old car and remove our stuff from it.' Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful. He continually checked on why things were taking so long and apologized to us over and over. All told, it took us 6 hours to buy a car for which we were paying cash and did not need to test-drive. We came to North Miami Lexus at 4 p.m. and didn't leave tl 10. If Jonathan hadn't been so nice to us, I think we might have just left in disgust. We have purchased 5 cars from Bredemann Lexus in Glenview, IL. They might not have a spa, but we were never treated so poorly there. Sincerely, Margaret and Paul Lurie More
